Challenges are what make us grow – as individuals, teams and organisations. My personal mission is to transform the way we think about adversity; to reframe life’s challenges not as something to avoid, but as an opportunity to adapt, overcome and thrive. This philosophy sits at the core of my work as a coach and leader of transformational journeys.
Early in my career, I spent two years with United Nations agencies in East Africa. I quickly realised the importance of organisational efficiency, team cohesiveness and adaptive leadership in delivering our mission. In many cases, top-level decisions had a direct impact on life-and-death outcomes on the ground.
Returning to Europe, I embarked on my coaching journey, specialising in private education. From 2017 to 2022, I served as a team leader in the UK’s Royal Marines Commandos, providing a quick response and recapture capability to the UK’s nuclear submarine programme. This chapter showed me the importance of inspirational leadership, calmness under pressure and an unwavering trust in the team.
Today, I am based in Switzerland, where I run Project Latitude, a transformational travel company creating tailored private adventures and coaching experiences as a vehicle for meaningful personal change.
I hold an undergraduate degree in French from the University of Oxford and completed one year studying international relations at Sciences Po, Paris. I am a native speaker of French and English, with near-fluent Spanish.
