I am coach, scientist and mother. As a Coach I am a certified Psychological Coach (Lebens und Sozialberatung, Psychologische Beratung), business coach, and embodied movement facilitator (Certificate of Embodiment Coaching). My clients include business leaders, national sports coaches and high performing individuals. Clients say that I have an unusual ability to help them unravel tangled situations and make changes in deep rooted behavioural, and emotional, patterns that leads to long lasting change. They have often described me as a therapist, which reflects my body centered approach and use of my own intuitive insights. My approach is to make an impact in a few sessions as is needed. In this way it could be compared to a Brief Therapy approach. I am also an experienced relationship and mediation coach. My coaching practice is “Emotional Integration” (www.e-i.at). I also run trainings on resilience and self care for the helping professions.
As a scientist I have a Masters degree in Physics in Austria, and France (Maîtrise de Physique). I work part time for Infineon in the field of semiconductor technology development where I have a global hub role in production as a gatekeeper ensuring stability and manufacturability of new technologies. This alignment process requires bringing together many different global stakeholders and facilitating high levels of collaboration between them. Coaching is integral to my work, and involves coaching everyone from senior managers to technical staff. I also hold several patents for Piezoelectric Actuators.
I have 10 years of experience as a scout leader for young people and as a trainer for scout leaders. I am mother of 3 beautiful young men, 51 years old and Austrian.
